Education and Training:
- Current certification of registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario.
- Ministry of Labour “Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps” training certificate is required.
Experience:
- Adult teaching and supervisory experience is considered an asset.
Knowledge/ Skills/Ability:
- Demonstrated clinical competence in the assigned Core Group.
- Demonstrated excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
Personal Suitability:
- Proof of ongoing commitment to self-development.
- Demonstrated positive work record and good attendance record.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected for this position on the basis of their skill, ability, experience and relevant qualifications as identified in the resume and completed Application Form submitted. Where these factors are relatively equal, seniority shall govern.
