    The Foundations at Health Sciences North are critical part of delivering best in class care to patients and their families at HSN. We have three foundations: Northern Cancer Foundation, NEO Kids Foundation and the Health Sciences North Foundation. Each of our foundations through the support of donors and the community and provide much needed philanthropic funds to HSN.
