HSN is currently seeking upcoming graduate nurses and new nurses who are within twelve months of registering with the College of Nurses Ontario (CNO) to participate in the NGG program.
Program Overview
HSN is a proud participant in the Nursing Graduate Guarantee (NGG) initiative offered through the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. The NGG program is designed to support newly graduated nurses by providing them with a full-time employment opportunity for twelve (12) weeks as an introduction period to transition from theory to practice. Following the twelve (12) weeks, NGGs are bridged to full-time employment, or equivalent work.
