Senior Medical Radiation Technologist (Mammography)

Education And Training:    

• Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
• Breast Imaging 1 (formerly Mammography 1) and Breast Imaging 2 (formerly Mammography 2) are required.
• Imaging Breast Pathology and Certificate in Breast Imaging are preferred.

Experience:    

• Recent, relevant (full scope) practical experience in Mammography/OBSP is required.
• Minimum of 5 years working in the field of mammography is required.

Personal Suitability:    

• Demonstrated positive work record and good attendance record.
• Clear criminal record check is required.
• Remain available for duty on-standby outside the regular scheduled working hours.

French Language Service Designation:

• Bilingualism requirements will be posted in accordance with the FLS Designation Plan.  If a position is designated bilingual and no bilingual candidates (both internal and external) meet the qualifications, unilingual candidates may be considered.
