Health Sciences North has partnered with Mohawk to offer two (2) sponsored seats for the 2026 Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging program. We invite qualified candidates to apply for nomination.

Program Details
- The Mohawk College Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Advanced Diploma program is offered full-time over twenty-four (24) consecutive months with intakes in September.
- Delivery of the program will be a combination of online learning and mandatory two (2) week in person lab intensives and clinical placements. There are three (3) mandatory two-week lab intensives (end of semesters 2, 3 and 4) for which students will be required to attend in person, at Mohawk College. These intensives will include hands on simulation learning in a variety of laboratories and clinical settings.
- Mohawk College has applied for program accreditation through Accreditation Canada EQUALTM
- On program accreditation, successful graduates will be eligible to write the national certification examination administered by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologist (CAMRT).
Eligibility Criteria - OSSD or equivalent (Mohawk Academic Upgrading, GED) including:
- Grade 12 English, C or U or equivalent
- Grade 12 Mathematics for College Technology (MCT4C) or any Grade 12 U level Mathematics
- Grade 11 or 12 Biology, C or U or equivalent
- Grade 11 or 12 Chemistry, C or U or equivalent
- Grade 11 or 12 Physics, C or U or equivalent
The average of all five (5) required courses must be 80% or higher. Options are available for mature applicants. Post secondary learning in any of the OSSD listed course areas will be considered.
Medical Radiation Technologists interested in the speciality of Nuclear Medicine are encouraged to apply.
